Returns Policy (updated 27th February 2024)
Found Clean Beauty will offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 14 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. This return will be at the customers cost for postage. Simply fill out the returns form and include it in the package with the item/s you are returning and send to: Found Clean Beauty, Unit 80 Longdene House, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2PH in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding delivery fees) within 14 business days of receipt. We always recommend obtaining and keeping proof of postage until your refund is complete. Please pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Inspection and Refund
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Your refund will be made by the original or agreed payment method, no later than 14 business days after we have received the goods.
If your item is damaged or incorrect
If an item you ordered is damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact our customer services team on support@foundcleanbeauty.com Quote your order number, details of the problem and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 days of receipt of the order will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or a refund will be done within 14 days of receiving returned item/s.
Non-returnable items
Sales items or Samples cannot be returned. For reasons of hygiene, certain items are non-returnable once opened. Please see below for non-returnable items:

- Lip gloss
- Mascara
- Eyeliners
- Lip Liners
- Deodorant
- Multisticks & highlighters
